No matter the effort, you can’t out-train a bad diet. You must have a plan when it comes to nutrition in order to achieve your goals. Your goals should focus on being as fit and as healthy as possible. So what should you eat?
Greg Glassman of CrossFit says it best:
“Eat lean meats, fish, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar”
