Greg Boyd-Head Coach

I was a three sport letter winner in high school in football, basketball, and track.  I started as a sophomore in both football and basketball.  I earned a scholarship to D1 Iowa State in football as a defensive back.  I was able to learn from two different prominent strength and conditioning coaches.  I learned a lot of information and gained a ton of experience.  I learned the importance of proper technique and the importance of building a solid foundation.  With my experience, in addition to studying the newest techniques in strength and conditioning, I wanted to pass the things that I’ve learned to others.  There is so much misinformation in the field of strength and conditioning.  Our athletes train with proper form, the right way, and build strength on top of this foundation.

    I would like to get in contact with Greg Boyd, he comes highly recommended (his family works with my father) I am big in to cross fit and just moved back to the area and looking for a gym/group. please let me know if i have the right website
